It's something you do...
Marriage is not a noun; it's a verb. It isn't something you get. It's something you do. It's the way you love your partner every day.
― Barbara De Angelis
The same can apply to a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship. Just replace the word 'marriage' with 'relationship'.

Having the right people...
I used to think business was 50% having the right people. Now I think it's 80%. The best way to be productive is to have a great team. So I spend more time than most CEOs on human resources.
I spend at least one hour each day interviewing job candidates. I have a belief, that if you find someone great, you don't wait until there's a job opening. We always have room for an incredible engineer.

1) Don’t use your inbox as a to-do list
2) Use automation rules to speed up prioritization
