Interesting fact about chocolate...
The U.S. and Canada do not eat the most chocolate in the world. That honor belongs to Switzerland. The Chocolate Manufacturers Association says the Swiss consume 22.36 pounds per year, per person. Austria takes second with 20.13 pounds/person and Ireland third with 19.47 pounds/person. The U.S. comes in 15th on the list.

A nature walk...
A study conducted by the Univ. of Michigan and Edge Hill Univ. in England found that people who embarked on a nature walk once a week experienced more positive emotions and less stress in just 13 weeks.
