Thank You...
Perhaps the most easily forgotten trait of kindness is appreciation, since we have been taught to do it so often that we just take it for granted. Saying a simple "thank you" takes less than 10 seconds to do, but its impact can have long lasting effects. We never know how much better a simple phrase will make someone feel.
